Hey, all! I’m sad to report that there won’t be a new Atrox strip this week, since Leslie is very busy getting everything ready for our trip to Stumptown Comics Fest this very weekend, April 24th and 25th!

Leslie, Paul, Frank, and I will be representing Team Atrox, and Leslie will be bringing along a metric ton of her wonderful Beastlies. We’ll all be at table 116, and here is a handy map to assist you in finding us!

We’ll have a lot of great stuff for sale, including several sculpted characters used in past strips, as well as our BRAND-NEW, FULL-COLOR MINI-COMIC, featuring some of our favorite strips from the new sculpted era. Here’s a sneak preview of the cover!

The next show to feature the art of Leslie Page Levings opens at Gallery Meltdown in two weeks! You should come.

Now that they’re featured in the same show, Leslie’s finally going to have the opportunity to show up that Playmobil painter. I can’t wait till she wipes that smug grin off his stupid face.

Angelenos: My side project, Lost Moon Radio, is returning THIS THURSDAY AND FRIDAY with an all-new, hour-long installment of original music and sketch comedy at a new venue, Club Fais Do Do. get directions

The show’s followed by a full two hours of our ever-popular live-band karaoke, so a single ten-dollar ticket buys you a full evening’s worth of entertainment. Live Comedy LA named Lost Moon Radio its 2009 Show of the Year in December, and if you don’t believe that, well … Emory and Leslie are coming to rehearsal tonight to give thorough notes, so you at least know that the show will have been through an exacting refining process.

Good news, guys! The new computer is fully loaded and nearly fully operational, as evidenced by the new strip. Thanks again for waiting patiently for this one.

Leslie’s computer died over the weekend (see below), so she and Emory had to get a new one and are still in the process of getting it up to speed. Therefore the strip will be up later than usual. We’ll get it up as soon as we can! Thanks for your patience.
